RESPONDING TO POPULAR DEMAND THE MR-1 SEARAILS Marine Terminal Crane HAS BEEN REISSUED. SEARAILS has retooled the MR-1 Marine Terminal Crane product to reflect its new design as an 85 Lifting Ton crane. It is available as either a kit or finished ready to be animated. The general dimensions of the finished standard Z scale crane are 14" LOA for the boom, the base is 5"x 5"x 10" high. The scale is provided by human-scale related details such as the control cab and gripper, available in all scales. Use of the Special Order allows for specifications for size, color, logos, decals, and animation preferences. The kit uses "tongue and groove" or "Dovetail" construction. It requires experience with tool use, finishing and painting techniques. An assembly manual is attached for your information. (See photos of kit parts below). Kit prices are close to 33% less than the Finished product.
All orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Shipping will be approximately 6 - 8 weeks from receipt of deposit. Progress photos and reports will be supplied weekly.
